About the products
What ester do you use?
We use estradiol enanthate, which has a half-life of approximately 6.5 days. This makes it well-suited for weekly injection schedules and produces stable serum levels with minimal peak-to-trough variation between doses.
What's the carrier oil?
MCT (medium-chain triglyceride) oil derived from coconut. MCT is thinner than castor oil, which makes injections smoother and less painful. It also has a long shelf life and low allergenic potential. Note: if you have a severe coconut allergy, consult your healthcare provider before use.
How should I store my vials?
Store at room temperature (20–25°C / 68–77°F), away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Keep vials upright and in their original packaging until use. Properly stored, vials are stable for at least 12 months from the compounding date.
What's the shelf life?
12 months from the date of compounding, when stored properly at room temperature away from light. The compounding date is printed on each vial label alongside the batch number.
Safety & testing
How do I verify my batch?
Every vial has a batch number on the label (format: VP-XXX-YYYY-NNN). Visit our Testing page to find your batch number and view the corresponding Janoshik Analytical report, which includes the full HPLC chromatogram and concentration analysis.
Is this safe?
We compound under ISO 5 clean hood conditions using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients and follow established compounding protocols. Every batch is independently tested. However, we are not a licensed pharmacy, and our products are not FDA-approved. We are transparent about this because informed consent matters. If you have access to prescription HRT through a trusted provider, we recommend using it.

How do I place an order?
Orders are placed on our order page linked on the bar at the top of the screen. You can pay in BTC, LTC, or XMR.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bitcoin (BTC) and Monero (XMR) only. We do not accept credit cards, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, or any other payment method. Monero is recommended for stronger transaction privacy.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days of confirmed payment. Domestic (US) delivery usually takes 3–5 business days via USPS. We do not currently ship internationally.
What's your refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or if a batch fails post-distribution testing, we will replace it at no cost. Due to the nature of our products and payment methods, we cannot offer monetary refunds. If you have concerns about a product you've received, contact us immediately.

Is this legal?
The legal landscape around compounded hormones varies by jurisdiction and is evolving. We operate as a mutual aid project. We are not lawyers, and nothing on this site constitutes legal advice. We encourage you to understand the laws in your area.
Are you a pharmacy?
No. We are not a licensed pharmacy, and we do not claim to be. Our products are compounded outside regulated pharmaceutical infrastructure. We maintain rigorous standards: independent testing, clean compounding conditions, pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. But we will never misrepresent our status.
What happens if there's a quality issue?
Contact us immediately through the channels on our Contact page. If a quality issue is confirmed through testing, we will issue a batch recall notice, notify all known recipients, and replace affected vials. Transparency about problems is as important as transparency about testing.
